*PLEASE NOTE: The Good Neighbor Festival is a Community Festival Created to Raise funds for those in need in the surrounding communities in Cheasapeake and Northeastern North Carolina. It is held at Hickory United Methodist Church, but it is NOT a church function. It is a community festival and members of the community are encouraged to contribute and participate. Membership in the Church is not a requirement for those who receive assistance.
