Offering Envelopes: 2007 Financial Statements and 2008 Offering Envelopes are
available in the Welcome Center. Please
call the church office if you do not find your statement or envelopes or if you
need additional envelopes for your family.
Nest Meeting – Sun., Feb. 24th, at 4pm in the Sanctuary,
for all who volunteered or are interested in volunteering for the Norfolk
Emergency Shelter Team (NEST). This informational meeting should last
about half-an-hour. We will discuss a day in the life of NEST and answer
any questions you may have. Functional coordinators may also want a short
organizational meeting afterwards. Any questions can be directed to Stan Best, Trip
Cofield, Margaret Lanier, or Donna Mishler.

Ladies...Sisters'
Bible Study invites you to move into a deeper relationship with God by participa-ting
in an exciting journey through The New Testament! This FREE, 13 week study, STEP
BY STEP THROUGH THE NEW TESTAMENT, by Thomas Lea & Tom Hudson, will
provide a broad grasp of the people, places, themes, & message of the NT. We will experience the infusion of renewed
spiritual life & vitality as we learn how the books relate to each other,
to us, and to our Savior. A brief, introductory
session will be held @ 7 pm on Tues., 3/4. Classes Begin on Tues.,
3/18, @ 6:30 pm. A sign-up sheet
is located on the table in the Welcome Center. ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED,

NEST CARE KITS: March 5-12,
we will be hosting the NEST Program.
Each of our guests will receive a Health Care Kit when they arrive on
their first evening at our church. We are
collecting the items listed below. The
Children’s Ministry will be putting the kits together. All items should be placed in the NEST
Health Care Kits box located under the Children’s Table in the Welcome
Center. We hope you will help us again
this year in this wonderful ministry of helping those who are homeless. Also, if you would like to volunteer your
time on one of those evenings, there is a sign up sheet in the Welcome Center
where you can join us in this very special ministry. Cash donations are also welcome for purchases of food and
supplies. Please note that all toiletry
items should be sample size or
individually packaged. The larger items
do not fit in their bags and are difficult to carry.
